STOP Criminal Street Gang Violence:
Sixty-eight gangs and 1,800 gang members operating in Norfolk (Virginian-
Pilot, 12/17/2008). As your Commonwealth’s Attorney, I will relentlessly
prosecute these folks until Norfolk has broken the back of every single criminal
street gang that stains this city.
STOP the spread of illegal drugs:
Illegal drugs are destroying our children, our schools and our neighborhoods.
Aggressive prosecution of drug dealers, and programs for addicts who resolve
to kick their habit (like our successful Norfolk drug court) are solutions I
strongly support.
Accountability…
With nearly 100 employees, Norfolk has the largest Office of the
Commonwealth’s Attorney in Virginia. As your Commonwealth’s Attorney, I
will work to insure that our money is carefully and effectively used to provide
safe streets, homes and communities.
